Description:

Professional sound collection for 515 bird species inhabiting Europe, spanning from the Atlantic Ocean to the Urals and from the Arctic Ocean to the Mediterranean Sea, is offered in this application.

TERRITORY OF USE The application encompasses a vast area of Europe and is applicable across Northern, Western, Central, Southern, and Eastern Europe, including regions such as Scandinavia, the Baltic States, France, Spain, Balkan countries, Transcaucasia, Northern Kazakhstan, and other nearby territories.

20 EUROPEAN LANGUAGES This application is available in 20 European languages, including English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Hellenic, and more. Users have the flexibility to select their preferred language.

BIRDS CALLS Each of the 515 bird species featured in the app includes a consolidated recording that encompasses male songs and various typical calls like alarm, aggression, interaction, contact, and flight calls. Users can play these recordings in four different modes: 1) once, 2) in a loop with no interval, 3) in a loop with a 10-second interval, and 4) in a loop with a 20-second interval.

PHOTOS AND DESCRIPTIONS For each species, multiple photos showcasing the bird in its natural habitat (male, female or immature birds, birds in flight), distribution maps, and eggs are provided. Additionally, detailed text descriptions covering appearance, behavior, reproductive and feeding characteristics, distribution, and migrations are included.

VOICE IDENTIFIER The application incorporates a sophisticated polytomic bird Voice Identifier (Identification Filter), aiding users in identifying unknown birds through visual cues and vocalizations. By specifying factors such as geographical region, bird size, singing location, sound type, and time of day, users can utilize the Identifier to refine the potential species of an unknown bird.

QUIZ A built-in Quiz feature trains users to recognize birds by their voices and appearances. The quiz presents species recognition questions in random order without repetition. Users can adjust the difficulty level by modifying the number of questions, altering answer options quantity, and toggling bird image visibility.

IN-APP PURCHASES The core functionalities of the application are complimentary - allowing users to view images and text descriptions for each bird species offline. Basic features include playing recordings once per minute with an internet connection. Premium functions grant unlimited access to the Identification Filter and Quiz along with additional color images while enabling offline playback of all bird voice recordings through in-app purchases.

The platform offers diverse purchase options such as access to all bird species ("All Birds" group for $12.00), specific geographical ($7.00), or systematic ($2.50) groups of birds.

THE VOICES OF BIRDS CAN BE PLAYED IN NATURE! Users with internet access can play bird sounds directly in nature using this app. Once in-app purchases are made, all features become available offline ensuring functionality even in internet-free environments such as ornithological excursions or countryside walks.

THE APPLICATION CAN BE TRANSFERRED TO THE MEMORY CARD (after installation).
